Shape Frankenstein

This Shape Frankenstein Craft is a great addition to your math lessons and a fun way to teach children about shapes and to consolidate learning. This Halloween math craft is made up of ten different 2D shapes, so students have lots of opportunity to get creative and enjoy learning about shapes at the the same time.

The printable Frankenstein template comes in full color and also black and white which children can enjoy coloring in and decorating themselves. Your students will love to cut and paste their own shape Frankenstein and their finished work will make a wonderful Halloween wall display for the classroom or home.

Simply cut out the pieces and glue them onto a sheet of paper using the numbered step by step guide. The step by step student guide uses images, so children can easily see which shape to glue on next and don't need to be able to read any instructions.

When the children have finished their Frankenstein picture, they can count the number of each different shape and record their findings on the worksheet.

Each Frankenstein Monster is made up of the following shapes:

• Semi Circle
• Rectangle
• Oval
• Triangle
• Circle
• Square
• Hexagon
• Pentagon
• Octagon
• Diamond/Rhombus
